Our 5 Year Plan
As a small start up company, 1099 contract workers are the best option but that is NOT where we want to stay. For us here at Calibrations Counseling & Consultation, we want to do our best to be transparent if you decide to sign on. Now there is no guarantee we will achieve all of this but it's always good to have goals! Here is our 5 year plan:

Switch from 1099 contracting to W2 employment. Contract work has it benefits but we never saw ourself staying there. We want to be able to fully support our employees in ways we can't when it is just contract work.

Offering Health Insurance! If we achieve switching to employees, we quickly want to offer full health benefits. The BIGGEST complaint about private practice is not having access to decent health insurance plans. When you have more people, the more options you have.
