Built by someone who gets it, both personally and professionally.
Emily is a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor with years of experience working with anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, and the particular kind of burnout that shows up in high-achieving women. She's also neurodivergent herself, a mom, a wife, a chronic overachiever, and she'll be the first to admit it, a chronic over-committer. She didn't design this course from a distance. She designed it from the inside.

The Inner Calm Blueprint isn't a compilation of things Emily read in a textbook. It's a synthesis of what she sees work in session, what she uses herself, and what her clients actually come back and tell her helped. It's clinical knowledge made human, which is kind of her whole thing.

When she's not in her office, she can be found building miniatures, playing D&D, or watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the thousandth time. Which means she also fully understands that sometimes you just need to lie on the couch and not be productive... and that's in this course too.
COMMON QUESTIONS
A few things people ask before buying.
Do I need to be in therapy to use this?
Nope. The Blueprint is designed for independent use. If you are in therapy, it can be a great complement to your sessions and the Practitioner's Edition is specifically designed to support clinical work. But you don't need a therapist to benefit.
Is this a good fit if I'm neurodivergent?
Yes, and intentionally so. The tools in this course were designed with ADHD and neurodivergent brains in mind, meaning shorter modules, practical tools over abstract concepts, and no shame-based language about productivity or willpower.
What format is the course?
The course is audio-based with a PDF companion workbook. All materials are digital downloads. You can access them on your own schedule, at your own pace, wherever you are.
Can therapists use this with individual clients, not just groups?
Absolutely. The Practitioner's Guide includes guidance for both group and individual session use, with suggestions for how to integrate the material into your existing approach.
What if I buy the basic tier and want to upgrade later?
